This Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy applies to MIRAI School / MIRAI AI School (“MIRAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) online programmes, classes, learning packages, consultations, and related services.
By registering for our programmes or making payment, you agree to this Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy.
1. General Policy
MIRAI School provides online AI, Coding and Robotics learning programmes. Once a student is enrolled, class placement, teacher allocation, learning materials, scheduling, system access, and administrative arrangements may be prepared in advance.
Therefore, refund and cancellation requests will be handled according to the terms below.
2. Appointment Booking
Booking an appointment to understand our programmes is free unless stated otherwise.
If you are unable to attend the appointment, please inform us in advance so that we may reschedule the session.
3. Programme Registration and Payment
Enrolment is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified by MIRAI School.
Parents or learners are encouraged to clarify all programme details, including class format, schedule, learning expectations, device requirements, and fees before making payment.
4. Cancellation Before Programme Starts
If you wish to cancel before the programme starts, you must inform MIRAI School in writing through WhatsApp or email.
Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation and whether class arrangements, materials, onboarding, teacher allocation, or system access have already been prepared.
Suggested cancellation terms:
- Cancellation made at least 7 days before the first class: Eligible for refund, subject to any administrative or payment processing charges.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days before the first class: Refund may be partial or subject to MIRAI School’s discretion.
- Cancellation made after class access, learning materials, recordings, or onboarding have been provided: Refund may not be available.

- Availability of replacement slots.

- An alternative learning arrangement.

- Administrative fees;
- Payment gateway charges;
- Digital learning materials already provided;
- Class recordings already accessed;
- Completed classes;
- Promotional packages;
- Special campaign fees;
- Any item stated as non-refundable during registration.

- Contact number;
- Programme enrolled;
- Payment date and amount;
- Reason for request;
- Supporting documents, if any.
5. Cancellation After Programme Starts
Once the programme has started, fees paid are generally non-refundable.
This is because class slots, teacher time, learning resources, and programme arrangements would have been reserved for the student.
However, MIRAI School may review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
6. Missed Classes
Missed classes due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, internet issues, device problems, travel, illness, or failure to attend do not automatically qualify for refund.
Where possible, MIRAI School may provide class recordings, replacement arrangements, or alternative support, subject to programme type, teacher availability, and our discretion.
7. Rescheduling
If a student is unable to attend a class, parents or learners should inform us as early as possible.

MIRAI School does not guarantee that every missed class can be replaced.
8. Technical Issues
Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, suitable device, required software, and a proper online learning environment.
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by the student’s device, internet connection, login failure, software issues, or external technical problems beyond MIRAI School’s control.
If a class is disrupted due to technical issues caused by MIRAI School, we may provide a replacement class, recording, extension, or alternative arrangement at our discretion.
9. Programme Changes by MIRAI School
MIRAI School reserves the right to update class schedules, teachers, programme structure, lesson format, or learning materials when necessary.
If MIRAI School cancels a class, we may provide:
Such changes do not automatically entitle the student to a refund unless MIRAI School is unable to provide the paid service or a reasonable alternative.
10. Transfer of Fees
In some cases, MIRAI School may allow paid fees to be transferred to another programme, class, intake, sibling, or learner. This is subject to approval and availability.
Fee transfers are not automatic and must be requested in writing.
11. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using a method determined by MIRAI School.
Refund processing may take up to 14–30 working days, depending on bank processing time, payment gateway procedures, and internal verification.
Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, administrative fees, or transaction costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

MIRAI School may review refund or cancellation requests involving serious illness, emergencies, duplicate payments, incorrect payments, or other exceptional situations.

15. Final Decision
MIRAI School reserves the right to make the final decision on refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or fee transfer requests, subject to applicable laws and consumer rights.
